01 excursion 7.3. One injector not firing. White smoke. Rough idle cel

Hey guys I have an 01 excursion. Drove it home from pa and it died on me
Towed it to a diesel shop and had them check it out.
I had a bad icp and 3 bad injectors and two bad high pressure oil lines. And a bad icp

Well the quote was ridiculous so I fixed the injectors myself

Let me give a little background

I just bought the truck that's why I went to pa. The truck had a light miss and pours white smoke. Whether hot or cold. It does not smell like oil. Takes it about 10 seconds of cranking to start.

I replaced the injectors and the icp and pigtail. Still have the white smoke and a light miss

Ebp 6.3 psi
Ipr 5-10 idle
21 2500 rpms

I have a pretty nice scanner so I can get some info. I assume the ebp codes is the tube being clogged from what I have read

Today I started unplugging injectors to see if maybe I had another bad one. Well I unplugged the one on cylinder 5 and there was no difference in the way the engine ran. ( I replaced 1,3,5). So one of the new ones was cylinder 5. I swapped it with one. Of the other new ones. And it still is not firing on cylinder 5. I thought maybe the wiring harness was bad so I replaced that along with the valve cover gasket and the pigtail Still nothing

I don't know where to go next. I also replaced all 8 glow plugs and they are not working. ( they didn't work before either ) I replaced the solenoid ( ford starter solenoid looking thing ) with nothing still

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need any numbers from what the truck is spitting out let me know I can get them off the scanner. Thank you

How do I know that cylinder is getting fuel ?
