O.K. I thought I had my mind made up and had decided on a F-350 SRW 4x4 until I saw the 2015 RV TRIALER TOWING GUIDE someone posted. Now it looks more like I should go with DRW. I pull a 36.5 5th wheel that weights probably around 13,000# loaded with the truck in my signature. If I go with a F-350 SRW 4x4 I am not gaining any towing and haling capacity just 4 wheel drive, but with the DRW I will probably never have any doubts able GCWR if I get the bigger trailer or need to pull something heavier once in a while. Plus the DRW truck is less expensive and comes standard with some of the things I was going to have to add to the SRW. For instance I was going to get 20" wheels but was going to have to add the rear stabilizer bar. Also the DRW is not as tall as the SRW which could amount to better truck to trailer clearance.
My only questions are concerning the rear axle. Am I going to wish I had an E-Locker vs. the limited slip and is the fuel mileage going to be noticeable with the 3.73's vs. the 3.55?
