Door Window Switch Bezel... unobtainable??

I am trying to find a new or used replacement for the switch bezel on my truck.
99 F250 SD Lariat
Dark Desert prairie tan
with power mirrors / windows / door locks / etc.
Driver door

For the last 2 months I have been trying to find one and it would appear Ford quit making / stocking them and LMC & JC-W dont have them either.

Guys Im really hoping somebody can point me in the right direction and help me keep my truck looking good.
