Hey guys, just a couple things first off. I'm new here/new to diesels (don't even have one of my own) and am looking into this for my brother. I'll do a search tomorrow to see what I can find but if you have any links you can post that would help I would be very grateful!
I've read the basic info in an article I found on dieselarmy.com and have found them for sale on summitracing.com.
Now, the backstory. The reason I'm looking into water/meth injection is because I need to buy my brother a wedding present. I don't know much about diesels but this is something he mentioned recently (about 15 minutes ago) so I want to find some info on what to get, where to get it, and if I should get if for him.
He has an '06 F350 and has had head studs redone and egr delete, and I believe a tuner (not certain on that though..).
So I suppose the question is: is a water meth injection kit worth it for him? Should there be a mod ahead of that that should be done first? If so what? If not, double shot or straight shot?
Ps. Sorry if I've repeated myself a couple times. I just finished a stupid long shift and am going to bed right now.
