I am not sure if this has been covered or not, I could not find anything in the search. As mentioned in my introduction, we use our truck pretty much for pulling our horse trailer. So we may only put 5000 miles a year on it. With the DEF having a shelve life and temperature affecting it, I am thinking that I should not keep my tank over half full. I would assume it is like any other product, that once it starts to fail, it will contaminate any new product as well. How do I handle the DEF and part time hauling?
