Best tune to run mini maxx in for daily driving.

Finally got my dpf deleted on my 6.4 I love how it's driving right now I've been keeping it in stock setting. I was curious what was the best tune to run my mini maxx in. It has cold air intake and dpf removed I'm also running 35s on 20 inch wheels. I'll start towing my boat this summer so any advice on of there's anything I should change for towing would be appreciated as well. Thanks
