I ain't havin' any fun :headbang:
Not to be repetitive, but here's what I've done so far: new lpop, T-500 hpop, swamps rebuilt injectors, oil lines, Ford ICP, and Ford IPR - everything stock.
With the ICP unplugged, the oil pressure (measured with a gauge) is 800 psi at idle - rough, rough idle! I can rev the engine to WOT, pressure builds to 1400 or so, then the hpop reservoir runs dry and she dies.
I tried to apply external pressure to the passenger rail but never could build pressure. I suspect an injector o-ring is leaking.
I also suspect my IPR is no good and was wondering if a bad IPR can send enough pressure to push oil past an injector o-ring?
I will pull the valve cover tomorrow and have a look - might reinstall my old IPR too
Any input will be appreciated
