My check engine light is on and O'Reilly's says it is the fuel level sender. The fuel gauge works fine. It has thrown this code before but has always reset itself after some time except now it doesn't seem to want to reset. Guess I will have to dig into it. I have a fifty gallon auxillary tank/tool box that I have plumbed into the filler neck and a electric fuel pump operated by one of the upfitter switches. When I had this code before, I attributed it to overpressureizing the tank when filling up on the fly. I haven't done that for awhile so I don't know if the code is caused from that or not. Any ideas?
