Had a used engine swapped into my E350 a few months ago. I haven't had a chance to really drive it till I sold my Excursion 7.3 yesterday. Thing didn't last 24 hours on Craigslist. Anyway, wouldn't start unless it was plugged in. Checked both relay. Both had power but when the key was on on one post and no power on the other. This is in my van so no room to just look around. I tested one of the smaller posts and with the key on I got power. Is there an easy way to tell which one is GPR and which one is AIH? Thanks guys. Been a while since I've had any problems. That Excursion was a good runner.
