does anyone konw if you can haul a 1994 f150 supercab 4x4 on an 18ft trailer. the vehicle wieght is only 4500lbs and the outside to outside of tires is 78 inches so i know the wieght and the tire width will work on a 7 x18ft dual axle trailer but what im wondering about is the length. the length is right at 18 ft for the truck. also would this put to much wieght on the trailer hitch of the towing truck a 1994 f250 7.3 turbo idi. i have to get a truck that is 600 miles away and im looking to buy a trailer and there are some nice 18 ft used trailers for sale but not many reasonably priced aluminum 20ft ones. i have little to no experience towing trailers so want to be safe and legal. thanks for any input.
