04 F350, leveling kit, leaf spring rub

Hi,
I’m new here and I’m a newbie with trucks. I just bought my child dream Truck a Ford F-350 2004, crew cab, Lariat, 6.0 Diesel, 4x4. I’m from European, Germany but I live currently in Canada.





The Truck has leveled (I guess 2" or 3 ") the front end and has Harley Davidson 20" rims with 35" tires. This setup rub on the leaf springs.

The previous owner told me I can fix it with wheel spacers, but my mechanic told it won’t work with spacers.

I don’t have enough money to effort me a new setup of rims and tires. So I need to try find used ones. I need to find a balance between the looking and price. I don’t want lose any height!

But I don’t know which rims will fit. Which rim tire combination I should pick.
Which specification they should have? I found out I need 8 on 170 mm whole pattern.

I tried craigslist/ebay search “18 inch rims” or “F350 rims” but that is not really effective.
