Oil Analysis High Aluminum

I just did my second oil analysis on my 2008 6.4L. The first one was done Feb 2013 at 63,300 miles and that was pre DPF and EGR delete. Just now (Feb 2014) I did my second one at 68,000 miles. This one is Post DPF & EGR delete, which I did shortly after last oil change. The results are posted here. (Please open attachment from Blackstone). There seems to be some concern about Aluminum. I have read that this most likely means excessive Piston and piston thrust bearing wear. But what I can not find is what I have to do about it.

Is this a major concern and what should I do about it? I do not do any heavy towing, however the truck has gotten A LOT of use plowing snow this winter. Blackstone notes that "hard use" can cause this, but what do I do to reverse it before things get worse?
