I have just acquired a 1984 1 ton dually 6.9L. Am I wasting time putting this jigsaw puzzle together? No turbo no misses or smoke. Just installed a Shift improvement Kit in the C6 auto transmission. Positive traction D70 seems to run good. just rebuilt the oil cooler due to oil in the radiator. no bubbles in rad so I've counted the heads out. Will the rad pressure up like the heads are cracked with the oil cooler. What kind of B.S. should I expect from this truck? Or can I leave it in my will.
