"New" Engine = New injectors?

I bought an engine from Blackwater today for $3460, which includes shipping both ways (core return shipping). My question is, the injectors in my truck have 225k miles, what would you do?

If I get new injectors, I'd want to get satge 1 or 2 injectors, I don't know the technical flow rating terms... just looked on PHP web site. Would that be ok with a "new" engine or does the break-in still apply? And is there a big difference between new and reman?
