About a year and a half ago I bought a 6.0 and retired my 7.3 (miss that truck). I have had a few electrical problems, alternator pig tail, 2 alternators, two sets of batteries, glow plugs, and a lot of no start issues.
I ran a injector buzz test with AE and I am wondering if the injectors on the 6.0 are much quieter than the 7.3? I hear one quiet all on buzz and then just a click for each one.
While on AE my FICM voltage is red and reading 13.8 and 48 volts. Is that a normal reading?
Also I just ordered an air dog kit cause my pump sounds messed up, kind of like a clunking noise while running and I cant drain the water separator cause someone stripped the Alan plug. But while on AE the pump was reading 99.98 % and was in red, would I be correct in assuming the reading in red would be a high reading since they go from green to yellow to red?
