i have a 2003 7.3 im new to the diesel thing. my mpg is horrible and id like to see it improve without doing a big chip? ive heard of a fuel rail chip to get a little more power and about 5-6 mpg better? also considering regearing. ive got a 6 inch lift with dual 4 inch straight pipe. and also an intake. help please?
