NEED INSTALL HELP!!! - Pro Comp Pro Runner Dual Steering Stabilizer

I'm right in the middle of installing this and if I put the tie rod brackets on the way they say to do it in the pictures then the shocks will max out on the compression side. the instructions do say to remove the pinch clamp retainer wires tie rod but they don't say wether or not to flip the tie rod brackets over.
