Trying to clean up slipping clutch from fuel leak. Location of clutch inspection cover?

Long story short, had a pretty bad fuel leak and it must have gotten on the clutch. Clutch is slipping like crazy. I read quite a few posts on different forums where people had brought it back to life after a similar problem just by spraying brake cleaner in there. I'm hoping that will work for me, I figure it's at least worth a shot before I dump a grand into a new clutch.

Could someone point me to the location of the clutch inspection cover? I see what I think may be it but I want to make sure I don't remove the wrong thing.
