I have an 05 PSD 6.0L. I'm replacing the FICM, and looking into options. I see the obvious choice would be from FICM repair out of the states. I called them but I can get one sooner and cheaper from Doorman. (its not mine its the service truck for the company). If it were mine I'd get the better one but I'm in a pinch here....
So, research tells me some come re-flashed some don't. According to the parts store this one is re-flashed. Apparently enter vehicle information, clear code and start vehicle. The part that concerns me is "enter in vehicle information/type and clear codes" ... that you require a scanner for. But this one doesn't have codes. Any thoughts?
