Right blinker won't stay on

As title states, my right blinker won't stay on! It never bothered me before, but now it's starting to get annoying.

When I make a left, I press down on the stalk and I feel it "click" and I can let go of the stalk and the blinker stays on. That's normal. When I make a right and I pull up, I never feel/hear a click and I don't feel the same resistance. Whatever that little catch is, it must be broken. The right blinker will stay on, but I just have to hold it up. The second I let go, blinker turns off.

Any ideas?
