WTS light and engine dies while driving

Have a strange issue with my WTS light coming on and the engine dying while driving on bumpy ground. Has happened to me 4 or 5 times the last 2 times I've used the truck. Hit a bump, the WTS light comes on and the engine dies. WTS light only lasts about 2-3 sec then goes off and engine starts running again. Not sure if CEL comes on with WTS, haven't been quick enough to see it yet. WTS light is controlled strictly by PCM right? Any thoughts guys?

Note: Replaced IDM a few months back and cleaned up a leaky fuel pressure regulator but truck ran great for several trips after that.
