Which one to choose help

Guys, needs some help

I'm looking at

1. 2011 Ford F-250 6.7 Lariat pkg white/Pale adobe int. with 19000. miles
this truck does not have Navigation or tailgate step.or FX4, moonroof, garage door opener, pkg for asking $42450.00. with trade out the door for 13800.00

2. 2011 Ford F-250 6.7 Lariat ultimate Pkg. Brown/pale adobe int. With 16100 miles this truck has all the feature as truck 1 plus Nav & Tailgate step & fx4, Moonroof,garage door opener for 47800. with trade out the door for 15800.00

Im looking at a $2000.00 different

i would go for truck 1 if it had a tailgate step/fx pkg and garage door opener...i think the ford nav system suck. But when i price a tailgate from junk yard or e-bay they are at $1000.00 for the step

which would you choose
I'm trading in my 2010 f-150 Platinum with 55k
i looked at new and they are way to much for a Lariat model


Both Truck are like New it was hard to belive the condition of both truck
