Old Bertha getting hard to start on cold mornings. Just replaced GPR as it was bad but truck still struggles to start when the temp gets below 32. I let the glow plugs cycle 2 or 3 times and she is still hard to start. Acts like it is trying for a while then after letting starter run for 30 to 45 seconds she will finally start. When it does finally start the exhaust is very strong smelling. What should I check first?? She has 387K on her now so I guess some parts are getting tired. What do you guys think I should check first??
