Summer upgrades

I have my parts I plan on ordering/installing when it gets warmer out. I have a 2000 f350 with a 4r100. I already have a 4" mbrp exhaust, s&b intake, ts 6pos chip, and a edge insight monitoring egt, boost, and trans temp. I plan on rebuilding my turbo with a new center cartridge, wicked wheel 2, and a ported housing along with a ebp delete pedestal. I will also get a regulated return system or a frx(not real sure on the difference), head studs, 6.0 trans cooler, a new set of injectors but not sure on the size yet, and custom tunes for my chip. I'm not sure if I'll need a upgraded hpop or not with these upgrades. I do not tow or anything with this truck just want a fun to drive reliable truck. Any input or advice would be appreciated.
