Head Gaskets??

I replaced my head gaskets and installed ARP studs in October two years ago. Over the past couple months, I’ve been noticing a little water around my degas cap. It hasn’t been blowing a lot out if any. I haven’t added any coolant and it’s only about a half inch low. Today I bought the supplies to do a pressure test on it. I plumed the pressure gauge into the return line on top of the degas tank and ran it inside the truck. I started the truck and after a couple minutes it started building a little pressure. It got up to 10psi pretty quick. I drove it on down the road for about 10 miles and noticed that it would build up to 15psi and drop back to 10psi. I stopped the truck, cut the engine off and noticed the pressure dropping down to 0 over the next 10 min. or so. I also notice so wetness around the degas cap. Decide I would go for another test drive and it done the same thing. I stopped by the parts store and picked up a new cap for testing purpose. I installed the new cap and drove the truck about 30 miles or so and ran it pretty hard. The pressure got up to 15psi pretty quick but it hung around the range of 12 to 15psi the entire drive. I got back home and shut the engine off. I didn’t notice any wetness around the degas cap this time. With the truck cut off the pressure dropped from 15psi to 13psi over about 10 min. I kept check on it and over the next hour it only dropped to 10psi. My question is, isn’t 15psi a little high for the pressure and does this sound like I may be developing another gasket problem or not. I’m getting ready to replace the oil cooler and clean the turbo. Thought if I was developing gasket problems then I would go ahead and tackle that as well.

Thanks in advance.
