body parts compatability 90 FSuper Duty

not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I do have the IDI and I saw no other place in off topic threads. So here goes, I have done alot to this truck to get it mechanicaly sound and now id like to work on the body. I have gone to the salvage yard and picked up some door parts and noticed that even thought the vent window looks the same it is a little to small. not sure what year part it was but the door it came off looked like mine. may be from a 150 or 250?

is my cab, being an FSuper Duty different from the numbered cabs?(F150, F250)
