F550 Welding Rig

I am interested in buying a 2000 7.3 diesel welding rig with an automatic transmission.

It has 275,000 miles and recently had a new transmission put in it.

Any thoughts, suggestions, comments?

I have driven a 7.3 diesel and loved it, was wondering what I should look for as a first time buyer.
