I finally wore out my 01 7.3 at just 318K. I was looking at a used 2009 with just 36K miles on it but it had a bunch of Banks Performance upgrades to it. Being no wrench at all, I am afraid of most modifications. What exactly are all all these upgrades, do they reduce the reliability and add more noise? What should I be aware of.

found out it went though a theft with no damage but looks like the programmer viewing screen is gone. Thanks for the help.
