ESOF System clean/rebuild

I am used to rebuildingin/cleaning the Auto Hubs as per Guzzle's page, but when I pulled out the one from my 2008 I went, Oh S#$%!!!! Picture is attached. I am planning on pulling both sides apart and replacing the Needle bearings. I have been getting some bearing noise, if it is the needle ones great, if not, Hub Time.

Does any one know how to clean these Auto hubs, they are quite different. Also, are the needle bearing and Yellow Oring the same as on my 2003.
