2002 F-250 4x4
When I last did my brake job, I accidentally twisted and possibly kinked my brake line when replacing the caliper. In an effort to get my brakes squared away I thought I would replace both of these hoses after hearing about how the inner line can collapse. For the price of them I figure might as well do it just to eliminate that question mark.
How do you remove these from the truck? I see that there is a fitting with what looks to be a nut on it mounted on the frame. Also looks like there is a clip or something on the inside of this. What do i need to do to remove these?
Also, any recommendations on a set? are any better than others? What about braided Stainless lines? are they really worth the difference? I know in theory they will not expand as much under pressure but is it really worth the extra $$
Thanks again
